How should I prepare my laundry?
Place your laundry inside a secure bag and a visible location before pickup. If there are any additional instructions, we'll provide them when your pickup is confirmed.
Do I need to separate my clothes?
No. If you have items that need to be washed separately, simply bag them separately and leave us a note when scheduling.
Can I request a certain detergent?
Yes. You'll be able to share detergent preferences, allergies, sensitivities, and other special instructions when scheduling. However, if there is a particular detergent you prefer, we suggest that you include it with your pickup.
How is my final price determined?
Wash-and-fold laundry is weighed and priced by the pound. After your laundry is received and weighed, we'll confirm your total.
How long does it take?
Most standard orders are returned within our normal turnaround window of 24 hours. If your order requires a longer turnaround time, you will be notified and your expected delivery will be confirmed with your order.
